Our Total Athlete Training program is designed to allow athletes to learn and perform lifting and running techniques that will be beneficial to all athletes (Boys and Girls ages 7 and up).  Concepts taught by our instructors  include:

• Agility (Bag Drills)

STRENGTH ACTIVITIES

• Push-up Circuits
